Geroosterde amandels of neute
Slaaisous:
5ml geroosterde sesamiesade,
1ml poppiesade,
15ml appel asyn,
15ml olyfolie,
15ml water,
1ml paprika,
knypie sout.
Jong spinasieblare (die grotes is te hard), sit onder in plat slaaibord.
Sny die aarbeie mooi op en versier jou bord.
Sit geroosterde amandels oor (het al gecrook met peanutbrittle).
Jou slaaisous meng alles sommer in ‘n botteltjie gegooi en skud goed.
Gooi oor net voor jy bedien. Dit is ‘ n low GI slaaitjie en lyk pragtig.
