1 pak Skroef of skulpnoedels
1 Ui
125 ml Asyn
200 ml Suiker
1 Green peper
250 ml Tamatiesous
125 ml Olie
25 ml matige kerriepoeier

METODE

Kook die noedels tot sag
Laat dit goed dreineer
Ontpit die green peper en sny fyn
Skil en kap die ui fyn
Meng die noedels, ui en soetrissie in ‘n slaaibak
Meng die tamatiesous, asyn, olie, witsuiker, kerriepoeier, en green peper saam
Giet dit oor die noedelmengsel en meng liggies.
