Peach Cake

1 large can sliced peaches, drained & mashed
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda

Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
Drain peaches and empty into a large bowl; mash lightly. Add flour, sugar and soda; mix well. Spray 9 x 13 pan; pour in batter. Bake 35 minutes.

ICING:
3/4 C. sugar
3/4 regular sized can of evaporated milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 C. coconut (I used a little more than a cup of coconut)
1 C. nuts, chopped

Boil everything but nuts on top of stove until thickens, remove from heat, stir in nuts and spread on cooled cake.
