No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 C. confectioners sugar
1 C. peanut butter
1 C. milk
1 (16 oz) pkg Cool Whip, thawed
2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker
pie crusts

Beat together cream cheese & confectioners
sugar; mix in peanut butter & milk. Beat until
smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into pie
crusts, cover & freeze until firm.
