2 koppies splitertjies

250 g spek

1 ui, opgekap

4 wortels, gerasper

grasuie

5 naeltjies

swartpeper

sout

water soos nodig

Metode :

Kook erjies apart. Kook uie, naeltjies, wortels en grasuie in water. Voeg saggekookte ertjies by. Voeg speserye by na smaak. Kook na gelang van dikte van sop wat jy verlang. Voeg stukkies spek by – prut. Voeg room by met opdiening. Ook lekker met ingedampte melk. Bedien met geroosterde brood wat in blokkies gesny is.
