2 Eetlepels Extra Virgin Olyf Olie
4 Knoffeltoontjies fyngemaak
1 Ui fyn gekap
Handvol Pietersielie fyngekap
Kook die aartappeltjies met sout in water tot net sag Meng Chilli Powder, Paprika, Fennel, Braai sout, Mosterd, Asyn en Extra Virgin Olyf Olie goed met draad klitser tot goed gemeng. (Dit kan sommer in die slaai bak van die aartappeltjies gedoen word.) Sny Seldery stingels fyn en plaas in slaaibak asook die ui, knoffel en Pietersielie Toets die aartappels, as hulle reg is dreineer en skep dan in bak met die mengsel en werk deur sodat aartappels al die geure kry.
