Gemmerrolletjies Vrouekeur

ongeveer 8 rolletjies
60 ml (4 e) gouestroop
60 g botter
60 ml (4 e) koekmeel
10 ml (2 t) fyn kaneel
ROOMVULSEL
250 ml (1 k) room
15 ml (1 e) versiersuiker
2,5 ml (½ t) vanielje
Stel oond op 190 °C.
1. Verhit gouestroop oor lae hitte.
2. Voeg botter by stroop en laat smelt.
3. Sif meel en kaneel en roer by stroopmengsel.
4. Skep teelepels vol beslag op bakplaat wat met bakpapier gevoer is. Laat genoeg ruimte tussen elke koekie omdat dit redelik uitsit terwyl dit bak. Gebruik agterkant van teelepel en sprei in sirkel uit.
5. Bak vir 5 tot 7 min. tot goudbruin en borreltjies vorm.
6. Laat net effens op bakplaat afkoel. Lig met slaplemmes op en draai om agterkant van houtlepel. Werk vinnig, want dit raak vinnig hard.
7. Roomvulsel: Klits room saam met versiersuiker en vanielje tot styf.
8. Spuit room met versiersak in afgekoelde gemmerrolletjies.
