4 Uie fyngekap
250 ml Kookwater
37,5 ml Appelkooskonfyt
12.5 ml Kerriepoeier
12.5 ml Suiker
12.5 ml Meel
12.5 ml Asyn
‘n Paar aartappels
Sout en Peper na smaak

Metode
Soteer die ui in margari en tot lig bruin.
Voeg vleis by die uie mengsel.
Braai vleis tot lig bruin.
Gooi water by en laat kook vir so 1½ tot 2 ure. .
Gooi aartapels in blokkies ‘n halfuur voor vleis sag is by
Kook tot vleis en aartappels sag is….
Maak ‘ n pasta va n al die ander bestanddele voeg by en laat sag deurkook.
Bedien op rys of stampmielies
