Chocolate Fingers (makes 16)

60 g butter

1/2 – 1 tsp groung cinnamon

3 tbspn golden syrup

200g dark chocolate

(mix above in a large pan and heat gently until melted)

Stir in 250 g crushed plain biscuits.

Mix well and spread into a square tin which is lined with paper.

Chill until firm and cut into finger shape.
