Peppermint Crisp Tert No. 2

1 blikkie Karamel kondensmelk
1 houertjie Orley Whip room
 1 pakkie Suurlemoen Jellie
 1 pakkie Tennis beskuitjies
 1 peppermint crisp (gerasper)
 
METODE:
  1.  Los Jellie op in 250 ml kookwater en sit in yskas om af te koel.
  2.  Klits room en karamel kondensmelk saam tot egalige mengsel is en voeg afgekoelde suurlemoenjellie by.
  3. Gooi 1/2 van sjokolade by mengsel en meng alles saam.
  4.  Pak die koekies in ‘n tertbak.
  5. Gooi mengsel oor koekies en strooi oorblywende sjokolade bo-oor.
  6. Plaas in yskas om te stol.
